During drills by regime forces | Shells hit village in Latakia, killing little girl

SOHR activists have documented the death of a little girl in Karafish village in Salanfah district in Latakia countryside, as shells hit the village while regime forces were conducting military exercises in the same countryside. SOHR activists have reported hearing explosions which lasted for hours, because of the military drills and shooting real targets in Jabal Al-Akrad area in the northern countryside of Latakia.

 

Moreover, regime forces fired tens of artillery shells on the hills of Kabana and Al-Tuffahiyah frontline in Latakia countryside, Al-Sarmaniyah and Duwayr Al-Akrad, but no casualties have been reported.

 

SOHR sources had reported that Russian fighter jets executed three airstrikes using vacuum missiles this morning, targeting an area hosting former military camps of opposition factions between Sheikh Bahr village and the vicinity of Armanaz town in northern Idlib.

 

SOHR activists also documented the death of a regime first lieutenant in clashes between regime forces and factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room on the frontlines of the western countryside of Aleppo.

 

On the other hand, opposition factions shelled, with artillery, regime positions on the frontline of Beyout Al-Dab’a frontline in the western countryside of Aleppo this morning.
