After becoming place for “drug dealers” | Residents announce civil disobedience in Al-Bab city

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that residents of Al-Bab city in Al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo countryside announced a civil disobedience and total closure in the city tomorrow.

This comes after the areas held by Turkish forces and their proxies became a place for drug gangs, assassinations and smugglers, in addition of the security chaos and the neglecting of law.

According to the declaration, the disobedience announcement came after the assassination of a media activist and his wife in the centre of Al-Bab city in eastern Aleppo countryside by unidentified gunmen within “Euphrates Shield” area.

A few hours ago, SOHR activists reported that unidentified gunmen in a “Santa Fe” car opened fire directly on a media activist and his wife at Al-Forn Square in the centre of Al-Bab city in areas held by Turkish-backed factions in eastern Aleppo countryside within “Euphrates Shield” area, killing them immediately, before the gunmen fled to Baza’a area in Al-Bab city.

This came in light of the ongoing security chaos in different areas held by Turkish forces and their proxies within “Euphrates Shield” area.
