- Two former members of opposition factions were killed, where unidentified gunmen shot them dead in Al-Abasiyah neighbourhood in Daraa city.
- A civilian was run over by another civilian on October 20 in Nabaa Ary in western Al-Suwaydaa countryside, for disputes between them, causing his death.
- A civilian died affected by wounds he sustained during tribal clashes between “Al-Jaisat” tribe and residents of Al-Shiyokh area at Al-Homr restaurant in Jarablus city in Aleppo countryside.
- A 13 years-old child died affected by the wounds he sustained on October 13, during the factional infighting between Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyah and Al-Hamza Division in Qabasin town in eastern Al-Bab countryside.
- Two regime soldiers of the 6th Division were killed in clashes with Al-Fath Al-Mubin Operations Room Factions during an infiltration attempt on Saraqib frontline in Idlib countryside.
- A regime soldier was shot dead by “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” shooters at Kabana frontline in Jabal Al-Akrad in Lattakia countryside.
