Airstrikes target Sahl al- Ghab, while the clashes continue in the northwestern countryside of Hama leaving casualties
Hama Province:
The regime warplanes and helicopters carried out dozens of air strikes this morning on places around the power plant of Zayzoun and the village of Zayzoun, its vicinity, the outskirts of al- Zayyadiyya and other places in Sahl al- Ghab in the northwest of Hama, accompanied by intense and violent shelling by the regime troops on the same areas.
The clashes between the regime forces and allied militiamen against the rebl and Islamist factions are still taking place around the village of al- Zayyadiyya northwest of Hama, amid conflicting information about the party that seize the water pump in the southwest of the village. The clashes resulted in the death of 2 rebels at least and 6 members of the regime troops, including a major, with information about more casualties on both sides.
The Islamic factions targeted by shelled regime positions in al- Msheik area in Sahl al- Ghab. They also destroyed a regime canon by guided missile around the town of Morek north of Hama.
