Despite undergoing reconciliation | Civilian arrested after returning from Al-Rukban camp to regime areas

Homs province: SOHR activists have reported that a civilian of “Bani Khalid” tribe from Deir Baalaba city in northern Homs countryside was arrested, after arriving to Homs city from Al-Rukban camp on Syrian-Iraqi-Jordanian borders.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the civilian was previously released for 12,000,000 Syrian Liras, before undergoing reconciliation with the regime. However, he was arrested again yesterday in Homs city.

Many residents of Al-Rukban camp headed to regime-held areas, due to the harsh living conditions, only to face the unknown future.
