To win the public | “International Coalition” delegation give presents to students of “Al-Baghoz School”

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that an “International Coalition” delegation, comprising several delegations of European countries, visited “Al-Baghoz Al-Gharby” School within SDF-held area, met students, handed them games and presents and presented awareness play, before roaming Al-Baghoz town in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.

These visits come in light of the Coalition seeking to win the public opinion in its areas, especially after several residents of Deir Ezzor’s towns and cities left due to the deteriorating living conditions.

A group of young men intercepted a patrol of the International Coalition forces in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The young men threw stones at the US vehicles while passing through Jadid Bakara town, east of DeirEzzor, marking the first incident of its kind in SDF-held areas controlled by SDF.
This came as a way of expressing their resentment over the poor living conditions in SDF-held areas.
The protesters also threatened to escalate if their demands are ignored.
SOHR activists reported that dozens of residents of Jadid Bakara village gathered in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor to protest their dire living conditions, blocking roads with burning tyres. The protesters demanded improving living and economic conditions that are burdening them.
