Drone attack | Turkish forces target vehicle in Al-Qamishly ki*lling two and injuring three including children

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the death of an SDF commander and a driver who was with him, and three civilians including children were severely injured, while they were near the site of the accidents due to an attack by a Turkish drone on a vehicle on Al-Hizam Al-Gharby Road in Al-Qamishly city in Al-Hasakah countryside and they were taken to the hospitals in the city.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that a Turkish drone attacked a vehicle carrying civilians on Al-Hizam Al-Gharby Road in Al-Qamishly city in Al-Hasakah countryside, causing the injury of civilians and burning of the vehicle. Meanwhile, ambulances rushed to the area of the attack to transport the injured people to hospitals in the city.

Accordingly, the number of attacks carried out by Turkish drones on areas controlled by the “Autonomous Administration in northern and north-eastern Syria, AANES” since early 2022 has reached 64. These attacks left 11 civilians, including seven children, and 64 combatants, including two children and 13 females, dead, while over 107 others sustained various injuries.
