After assau*lting a civilian | Residents of Al-Wahid village attack SDF checkpoint in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that residents of Al-Wahid village in northern Deir Ezzor countryside attacked an SDF checkpoint, after an SDF member assaulted one of the residents of the village at the checkpoint.

Deir Ezzor province has been witnessing protests and assaults daily recently, for different reasons.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that the administration of the General Surgical Hospital in Al-Shahil town in eastern Deir Ezzor suspended work until further notice, after the residents of the town expelled the employees, for not receiving job opportunities in the hospital.

It is worth noting that Bakara Hospital suspended working since the start of the month, due to repeated protests in Jadid Bakara village.
