Tit-for-tat shelling | Turkish and Kurdish forces trade artillery fires on Shirawa frontlines in rural Afrin

Aleppo province: This morning, Turkish forces stationed in Jalbal village bombarded with heavy artillery the vicinity of the villages of Mayasa and Abyan in Shirawa district of Afrin countryside, north-west of Aleppo.

Meanwhile, Kurdish forces responded by shelling the vicinity of Kimar village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside. No further details have been reported about the damages caused by the shelling so far.

On November 7, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired heavy artillery shells and rockets on the vicinity of Tel Rifaat and Al-Sheikh Issa villages, where Kurdish and regime forces were deployed in the northern countryside of Aleppo. No casualties were reported.
