Arbitrary arrests | Regime’s security services arrest two young men in Daraa

Daraa province: The security services of the regime forces have arrested two young men in Daraa for unknown reasons. The two young men have gone missing as they left for the industrial zone yesterday. The young men were taken by the security forces to an unknown destination, while their fate remains unknown.

According to Syrian Observatory activists, the two young men are civilians and do not belong to any military factions. They are car mechanics, and they work also in motorcycle trade near Al-Dulab roundabout in Tariq Al Sad neighbourhood.

This comes in light of ongoing arbitrary arrests of civilians for unknown and unjustified charges.

On November 15, SOHR activists reported that regime security services arrested a young man from Al-Masifra town in Daraa countryside, on the international road between Damascus and Daraa and he was taken to an unknown destination. However, the reasons behind the arrest were identified.
