Military escalation | Turkish ground forces shell new oil field in Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces shelled a new oil field in Al-Qahtaniyah district in Al-Hasakah countryside, where shells hit the field in the eastern side of Al-Qahtaniyah. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Moreover, a Turkish drone shelled two positions in north eastern of Al-Hasakah, with the first being stationed southern of Awoda oil field, and the second being near Lilan village south western of Al-Qahtaniyah, where smoke plumes rose, causing huge material damages in the two positions.
