Ongoing escalation | Turkish ground forces shell ten villages in Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have monitored a new series of Turkish ground shelling, where Turkish forces fired artillery shells on Kozlaih, Tel Al-Laban, Qobor Qarajna, Shaikh Ali, Tawela, Um Al-Kaif, Um Al-Khair and Tel Al-Ward villages and the Assyrian Abo Rasen town in Tel Tamr countryside north western of Al-Hasakah. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

This comes in light of the escalation of Turkish ground and aerial military activity on SDF-held areas in northern and eastern of Syria.

A few hours ago, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces shelled several villages in Al-Qamishly countryside northern of Al-Hasakah, where the shells hit Tel Kaif and Shorak villages in Amoda district, the fuel station in the western side of Haimo village and its outskirts and Tel Zawiyan in eastern Al-Qamishly countryside. However, no casualties were reported.

On the same context, Turkish forces fired heavy artillery shells on Dada Abdal, Robaiat, Tel Al-Ward, Tel Amir, Kosra, Al-Asadiyah, Al-Bobi, Khadrawy and Um Oshba villages in Abo Rasen countryside north western of Al-Hasakah, amid a state of panic among civilians.
