Military escalation | Turkish forces in “Euphrates Shield” area shell Tel Refaat and two villages

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces stationed in Telal Al-Sham village in A’zaz countryside fired artillery shells on the vicinity of Tel Refaat district, Al-Shaikh Eissa and Al-Bailoniyah villages in northern Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces stationed in Kaljebrin base in the northern countryside of Aleppo fired several artillery shells on the surrounding areas of Tel Rifaat city and the villages of Sheikh Issa and Harbal in the same countryside.

On the other hand, Kurdish and forces shelled a Turkish military base in Dabiq village in northern Aleppo with artillery, but no casualties were reported.

SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired over 40 artillery shells on the surrounding areas of the villages of Shawarghah, Qal’at Al-Shawarghah and Al-Alqamiyah in Sharran district, where Kurdish and regime forces are deployed in Afrin countryside in north-western Aleppo.
