As response | SDF members shell “National Army” positions in “Peace Spring” areas

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces and their proxies continue ground shelling on SDF-held areas in Al-Hasakah countryside, where artillery shells hit Dirdara, Tawela, Kozlaih, UM Al-Kaif and Tel Shinan in Tel Tamr countryside western of Al-Hasakah. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

In return, SDF fired heavy artillery shells on “National Army” positions within “Peace Spring” area in Al-Hasakah countryside. This comes as response to the ongoing Turkish military escalation on SDF-held areas in NE Syria.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces and their proxies stationed within “Peace Spring” areas eastern of Ras Al-Ain, fired heavy artillery shells on Tawela, Tel Al-Laban, Kozlaih, Al-Shaikh Ali Abosh and Tel Al-Ward villages in Tel Tamr and Abo Rasen countryside north eastern of Al-Hasakah, causing material damages to civilians’ houses.
