Violations in Idlib | Regime-backed gunmen steal civilians’ properties

Idlib province: SOHR activists have reported that regime-backed gunmen stormed the house of a civilian in Al-Hamdaniyah village within regime-held areas, and stole 65,000,000 Syrian Liras by force, after stealing some house furniture.

According to reliable SOHR sources, members of armed gangs and regime soldiers have been looting and stealing civilians’ properties and their corps as a “security measure” in several villages in regime-held areas in southern Idlib countryside that is still under the control of the security committee. Meanwhile, the local authorities arrested some members of the gang with weapons, ammunition, money and narcotics in their possession.

This comes in light of the ongoing security chaos in regime-held areas.
