Military escalation | Two injured by Turkish artillery shelling on Soghanky and two villages in Afrin

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the injury of two civilians due to the artillery shelling by Turkish forces and their proxies on Soghanky village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside within areas held by Kurdish and regime forces north western of Aleppo.

Moreover, artillery shells hit Al-Mayasa and Abis villages in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside north western of Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Yesterday, SOHR activists monitored intermittent clashes between regime forces and “National Army” factions, on the frontline of Marae’ and Al-Shaikh Eissa in northern Aleppo countryside, coinciding with the extensive flight of Russian warplanes over northern Aleppo countryside.

On November 27, SOHR activists monitored intermittent clashes between Kurdish and regime forces on one hand and “National Army” factions on the other hand on Maranaz frontline in Shiran district in Afrin countryside, amid Turkish artillery shelling on the vicinity of Tel Refaat city, Al-Shaikh Eissa, Maranaz and Ain Dakna villages in northern Aleppo countryside, coinciding with the flight of Turkish warplanes over the region.
