With relative calmness | Turkish forces shell several villages in NE Syria

Turkish forces have shelled several villages in northern and eastern of Syria within areas and countryside of Aleppo, Al-Hasakah and Al-Raqqa, where artillery shells hit Rabiat village and the vicinity of Abo Rasen town north western of Al-Hasakah.

SOHR activists monitored artillery shelling on Bir Kaitak, Khirbat Al-Bakar, Arida, Kor Hassan and Birzanar villages in western Tel Abyad countryside northern of Al-Raqqa.

Moreover, Turkish forces fired heavy and light weapons on Qoran and Kharbisan Tahtani villages in eastern Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) countryside in eastern Aleppo countryside, in addition to Baina village in Shirawa district in northern Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Areas in northern and eastern of Syria have been witnessing relative calmness after the extensive Turkish shelling, with complete absence of shelling, clashes and attacks between Turkish forces on one hand and SDF, regime and Kurdish forces on the other hand.
