Third day in row | US troops and SDF conduct joint patrol in Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: US forces conducted a joint patrol with the SDF, in the eastern countryside of Al-Qamishli, for the third day in a row.

Five US military armoured vehicles set off from Al-Rumailan base accompanied by “SDF” vehicles, heading towards rural areas of Al-Rumailan and Jawadiyah, coinciding with the continued cautious calm in areas of north-eastern Syria for the sixth day in a row.

This came as part of the security measures being conducted by the “International Coalition” forces, and confirmation of their continued support for the SDF in northern and eastern Syria.

Yesterday morning, US and “SDF” forces conducted a joint patrol, touring Al-Rumailan and Qahtaniyah areas in Al-Hasakah countryside. This coincides with the continued cautious calm that prevails in north-eastern Syria for the fifth consecutive day.

On December 2, SOHR activists reported that the International Coalition Forces, with the participation of the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve, conducted military exercises near Al-Jawadiyah area east of Al-Qamishli in the northern countryside of Al-Hasakah.

During the military exercises, heavy weapons and mortars were used, with the aim of knowing the efficiency and readiness of the fighters and confirming their support for “SDF”.
