Aleppo frontlines | Regime forces and National Army factions trade fire on Tadef and Maranaz frontlines

Aleppo province: Clashes with heavy and medium machine guns erupted in the early hours of Monday morning between regime forces and “National Army” factions on Tadef frontline in Al-Bab countryside, east of Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

Meanwhile, regime forces fired heavy machine guns on residential neighbourhoods in Tadef town.

Moreover, clashes erupted between Kurdish and regime forces on the one hand, and the National Army factions on the other on the frontlines of Maranaz village in Sharan district in Afrin countryside, north of Aleppo, amid an exchange of artillery shelling between the two parties.

These clashes coincided with Turkish artillery and rockets shells on the perimeter of Tel Rifaat city and Al-Sheikh Isa village in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that the Turkish military base in the centre of the scientific research area on the outskirts of A’zaz city in northern Aleppo countryside was targeted by rocket launchers and heavy artillery shells fired by regime forces stationed in Tel Jiben village in northern Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties were reported.

As a response, Turkish forces shelled areas of Kurdish and regime forces in northern Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties were reported.
