Military escalation | Kurdish and regime forces shell Turkish base while Turkish forces shell two villages in Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish base in Dabik town in Akhtarin countryside northern of Aleppo was targeted by missiles fired from areas of Kurdish and regime forces. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Meanwhile, the Turkish forces responded by firing several artillery shells on the vicinity of Hirbal and Al-Shaikh Eissa village in northern Aleppo countryside within areas of Kurdish and regime forces. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

This comes a day after the Turkish base in A’zaz city was targeted by missiles within the “Euphrates Shield” area, fired from regime and Kurdish areas.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that the Turkish military base in the centre of the scientific research area at the outskirts of A’zaz city in northern Aleppo countryside, was targeted by rocket launchers and heavy artillery shells fired by regime forces stationed in Tel Jiben village in northern Aleppo countryside.

As a response, Turkish forces shelled areas of Kurdish and regime forces in northern Aleppo countryside.
