After exercising use of booby-trapped drones | Group of supporters of Iran-backed “An*sar Allah” militias reach Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that a group of members of the Iran-backed “Ansar Allah” militias reached Deir Ezzor city coming from Al-Bo Kamal city, and deployed in military positions at the outskirts of Deir Ezzor city, after receiving military exercises.

According to reliable SOHR sources, members of “Ansar Allah” reached western Deir Ezzor city with commanders of Iranian militias, after receiving exercises on using Iranian booby-trapped drones in Al-Hamdan desert in Al-Bo Kamal city earlier.

These members deployed in the youth housing places near “Al-Tala’ae camp” at the western entrance of Deir Ezzor, to strengthen their positions in Jabal Al-Ruwad with anti-aerial 23mm bullets.

This comes in light of the reinforcements of Iranian forces and their loyal militias in their areas to strengthen the military ability, in fear of any potential attack on Iranian positions by ISIS.

SOHR activists reported that regime forces and Iranian-backed militiamen mobilised and conducted joint patrols.
A convoy of 15 pickup vehicles carrying fighters from Al-Tali ‘a camp headed to villages in the western countryside all the way to Al-Tabani town in Deir Ezzor countryside, fearing attacks by ISIS after ISIS members on cars came to pledge allegiance to the new “caliph.”
