Disputes over inheritance | Three brothers kil-led and others injured in Al-Raqqa

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have reported that three brothers of “Al-Hasyat” tribe were killed and others were injured due to quarrels between them over an inherited land, which escalated to armed clashes in Mahisanvillage eastern of Solok city in Tel Abyad area northern of Al-Raqqa within “Peace Spring” area that is controlled by Turkish forces and their proxies.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the infighting caused a state of panic among civilians, amid appeals by residents to the dignitaries of the region to interfere to spare the bloodshed and calm the tension among the brothers.

SOHR activists reported that armed fighting erupted in Ras Al-Ain city centre in “Peace Spring” area in the northern countryside of Al-Hasakah.
The clashes broke out between members of Turkish-backed “Ahrar Al-Sharqiyah” faction of Al-Siyad tribe and armed members of Al-Qaraan tribe which is backed by Al-Hamza faction due to a dispute over the smuggling of a group of people into Turkey.
