Affected by wounds | members of Ahrar Al-Sharqiyah kil-led by SDF artillery shelling on Al-Raqqa

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have reported that a member of the 20th Division, which is affiliated to the Turkish-backed Ahrar Al-Sharqiyah faction, affected by the wounds he sustained on December 1, when SDF fired artillery shells on Al-Zahed village adjacent to the M4 road northern of Al-Raqqa.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the member was injured severely in the head and was taken to Turkish hospitals to receive proper medication.

Villages adjacent to the International M4 road witnessed an escalation of Turkish military activity, including shelling and exchanged attacks between SDF and Turkish-backed factions.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces and their proxies shelled a GSM communication tower in Saloky village in Jalabiyah district in Tel Abyad countryside northern of Al-Raqqa, leading to the suspension of cellphone and internet networks that feed the area and its countryside. However, no casualties were reported.
