The “Islamic State” cut the palm of a teacher’s son on charge of theft

Deir Ezzor Province:

The activists of SOHR were informed by several reliable sources that the “Islamic State” cut the hand of a boy under the age of 16, where the sources confirmed that they cut of the boy’s hand in the town of al-Bsyra near eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor city on charge of theft, and that the child is the son of one of the former teachers in al-Bsyra schools.
