Solo patrol | Russian troops conduct patrol in Ain Al-Arab countryside (Kobani) east of Aleppo
Aleppo province: Russian forces conducted a solo military patrol after waiting for Turkish vehicles in Gharib village, east of Ain Al-Arab (Kobani), east of Aleppo, but Turkish forces did not come to participate in the patrol.
The Russian patrol, consisting of four military vehicles, set off unilaterally and without helicopters from Gharib village through the villages of Jishan and Qarmug to Bagdek village.
On December 5, Russian military police cancelled a joint patrol with Turkish forces for the third week in a row due to the military escalation in the region.
The joint patrol was scheduled to be conducted in the western countryside of Ain Al-Arab (Kobani).
Meanwhile, Turkish forces artillery shelled the villages of Khan, Karmagh and Koran in the eastern countryside of Kobani.
