Iranian capital in Syria | Unidentified plane shells positions in Al-Mayadin in eastern Syria

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR activists have reported that unidentified planes flew for over an hour over Deir Ezzor countryside, coinciding with three explosions from the side of the sheep market in Al-Mayadin city “the capital of Iranian militias in eastern Syria”. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Earlier today, the Chief of General Staff of the Israel Defence Forces claimed responsibility for targeting the Iranian convoy containing weapons and oil tankers that were targeted on November 9 after crossing the gate on the Syrian-Iraqi border, in the area of Customs Square in Al-Hari and the military gate in Al Bokamal countryside, east of Deir Ezzor and targeting a military post of militia near the area.
The Israeli attack left heavy casualties, with 14 people confirmed dead, mostly Iranian-backed militiamen.
