Demands to hand over child murderer | “Al-Sultan Murad” members smuggle him to Ras Al-Ain

According to local sources of SOHR, Al-Sultan Murad members smuggled the killed of the child Muhammed Ismail Abdy Al-Shaihan, who was shot dead by a member of Al-Sultan Murad “Muhammed Khalifa”, where he was smuggled from Tel Abyad prison to Ras Al-Ain city after residents and tribes demanded that the murdered be handed over.

The child belonged to Al-Mashhor tribe and Al-Bakara tribe, and lived in Tel Abyad in northern Al-Raqqa countryside.

Moreover, people set fire to the cotton mill in a village near Tel Abyad, causing huge fire to break out.

Earlier today, dozens of members of Al-Bakara tribe gathered and cordoned off Tel Abyad prison and the cotton gin, over the killing of their 16-year-old son yesterday, by a member of “Al-Sultan Murad” faction who was imprisoned following the killing of the boy yesterday.

The tribesmen demanded that the prison administration hand over the killer for retribution, while Al-Sultan Murad faction refused to hand over the killer to the dead man’s relatives, amid panic among civilians in that area.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that a 16-year-old boy was shot dead, with three bullets, by a member of Sultan Murad Division in Al-Badi’ village in the western countryside of Al-Raqqah following a disagreement between them while the boy was working in a cotton gin. The victim was from Al-Shayhan village in the western countryside of Al-Raqqah.
