the “Islamic state” detain a citizen again inside “metal cage” in the countryside of Deir Ezzor

The activists of SOHR in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor were informed that the “Islamic State” detained a man inside of an “metal cage” in the city of Mayadeen in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on charge of “cigarette trade”, it’s worth mentioning that two days ago the SOHR activists documented that the “Islamic State” discharged number of its fighters for “disobeying orders” and put 4 of them in a “metal cage” and wandering them inside the city of al- Raqqa, information reported that other members detained inside “metal cages” on other places in the city too, another man had the same fate but for “impersonating a soldier in the ‘Islamic State’ ” which was the second case of that type where the first one dated back to the 11th of June 2015 in al-Mayadeen city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, It is also worth mentioning that SOHR documented 94 cases of “crucifixion, detaining inside metal cage and whip” carried out by IS in Ramadan in several areas held by IS inside Syria, where its activists documented 94 cases of “crucifixion, detaining inside metal cage and whip,” including 5 children and 2 old men, in the public streets and square in the provinces of Aleppo, al- Raqqa and Deir Ezzor since 6/22/2015 until 7/16/2015. The sharia punishment of eating in Ramadan included detaining 20 citizens inside cage, including a child, where IS fastened 2 cages in the two cities of al- Mayadeen east of Deir Ezzor and the city of al- Raqqa, they also wandered with the citizens detained inside the cages in the town of Deir Hafer east of Aleppo.
