After four years of being arrested | Regime forces hand over bo*dy of civilian to his family in Homs

Homs province: SOHR activists have reported that a civilian died under brutal torturing in regime prisons after being arrested for four years.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the arrested civilian was born in 1972 and hails from Al-Qasir town in Homs countryside, and his body was handed over to his family on December 16.

Since early 2022, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has documented the death of nearly 100 civilians under torture in regime prisons, including three regime dissident officers, a fighter of a local faction in Daraa and 38 civilians from eastern Ghouta in Rif Dimashq, whose death certificates were delivered by the Syrian regime to their families in February.
