Further details of fatalities, documented by SOHR, can be summarised as follows:

 

  • The 45-year-old Syrian lawyer and human rights activist, “Luqman Hamid Hanan,” died under torture in a Turkish intelligence prison in Afrin city, north of Aleppo, after he was arrested two days ago from his home in Al-Mahmudiyah neighbourhood of Afrin city.

 

  • A young man was found dead with gunshot wounds on the outskirts of Adawan dam in the western countryside of Daraa, a day after having been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.

 

  • A young man from “Bafario” tribe was shot dead by his relative in Abu Al-Naytal village in northern Deir Ezzor, following personal disputes between the two men.

 

  • A woman from Homs was found dead in her house in Al-Qeniyyah town in the northern countryside of Daraa.

 

  • Two regime soldiers were killed in an IED attack which targeted their military vehicle on Ankhil-Al-Saraya road in rural Daraa.

 

  • Six regime soldiers were killed in two infiltration operations by the HTS-backed Khalid Ibn Al-Waleed Battalion on the frontlines of Maarrat Mukhes and Al-Burayj in the southern countryside of Idlib.

 

  • A regime army defector from Talbiseh city in the northern countryside of Homs died under torture in Saydnaya notorious prison, after having been detained for nine years.

 

  • Two HTS members and a regime officer were killed in an infiltration attempt by regime forces into positions on Al-Fterah frontline in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib.

 

  • A suspect blew himself up using an IED during clashes with machineguns between suspects accused of “belonging to ISIS cells” and the SDF-backed counter-terrorism units in Al-Shaddadi town and its surroundings in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah.
