Al-Hesba arrests civilians for not going to Friday’s prayer

al-Raqqa province: SOHR was informed that al-Hesba detained civilians at al-Furat river in al-Raqqa city for not going to the Friday’s prayer. They will be attending a Sharia course in addition to 3 days of prison and 50 lashes
