“Islamic State” cuts off a palm of the second child in Deir Ezzor in the last 48 hours

Deir Ezzor Province:

Reliable sources informed SOHR that IS cut off a palm and a foot of both a 16-years old child and a man in the village of al- Hsan in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor for “looting Muslims and impersonate IS soldiers”, rising the number of amputations cases in the countryside of Deir Ezzor in the last 48 hours to 3, where IS cut off  a palm of a 16-years old child in August 5, where they cut off his palm in the town of al- Bsira located in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor city for “thievery”, the sources reported that the child is a son of an ex- teacher in al- Bsira schools.
