IS*IS attack on Al-Raqqah security zone | IS*IS members disguise as SDF to wage attacks in SDF-held areas

Al-Raqqah province: SOHR activists have obtained a video showing the moment ISIS members attacked an SDF security zone in Al-Raqqah yesterday.

The video shows an ISIS member firing directly at the guard, disguised as the SDF, and then fleeing to an unknown destination.

It is worth noting that ISIS cells usually camouflage and engage in “SDF” ranks by wearing their uniforms to carry out attacks.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that the death toll of the SDF members rose to six, including three members of the internal security forces “Asayish.” Meanwhile, two ISIS members were killed in a surprise attack by ISIS cells on security headquarters near a military intelligence prison in the western countryside Al-Intifada neighbourhood of Al-Raqqah.
