New resolution | Regime government requires small business owners to obtain commercial registration

The regime government issued a resolution prohibiting opening any commercial stores without obtaining a newly issued commercial registration, and the government confirmed the importance of committing to the new resolution that will be appliable starting from January 15, otherwise the violating stores will be closed for seven days in addition to paying 2,000,000 Syrian Liras.

The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection of the regime announced that obtaining a new commercial registration would not deprive store owners from subsidization.

Moreover, the ministry added that those store owners would obtain a 4th grade, however the ones excluded from the subsidization would obtain commercial registration of the best, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades
