Accused of “belonging to ISIS” | Security patrol storms house and arrests five including women

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have reported that members of a security patrol stormed a house in northern Al-Raqqa countryside.

The members arrested three men and two women, who are likely to belong to ISIS, and took them towards the security centres.

This comes in light of the increasing activity by ISIS cells in SDF-held areas in NE Syria, following the violent attack by ISIS cells on centres, security headquarters and Intelligence prison in Al-Raqqa.

Earlier today, SDF member was killed and two members of the Internal Security Forces, “Asayish,” were seriously injured when a water tanker come under attack by unidentified gunmen, believed to be affiliated with ISIS cells, in Al-Karamah town in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah.
The injured men were taken to hospital for treatment.
