First IS-IS attack in 2023 | Two SDF members injured in IED explosion in Al-Raqqa

Al-Raqqa province: SOHR activists have reported that two SDF members were injured due to the explosion of an IED that was planted by people, who are likely to belong to ISIS, where the IED targeted a military vehicle of SDF on the road between Al-Raqqa city and Ain Eissa town northern of Al-Raqqa.

This comes in light of the escalation of activities and attacks by ISIS in SDF-held areas in NE of Syria, confirming that ISIS cells are still able to commit attacks.
