Official decree | Man responsible for explosive barrels “Suhail Al-Hassan” promoted to major general

The head of the Syrian regime issued a resolution to promote the brigadier general Suhail Al-Hassan, who is the commander of the 25th Division of special operations, to major general.

According to the constitution, the president of the country represents the head of the Armed Forces, which is the highest military rank among the army.

The 25th Division is directly supported by Russia, and the head of the 25th Division is the most trusted person by Russia in Syria. Members of the 25th Division fought alongside Russians in the war of Ukraine.

Suhail Al-Hassan committed massacres against civilians during the military operations in Syria, especially in Aleppo, in addition to being responsible for the explosive barrels, and his policy of scorched earth.
