IS-IS attack | Regime soldier ki-lled in Al-Bokamal desert

Deir Ezzor province: A member of the “18th Division” of the regime forcesdied of wounds he sustained in December 2022, in an attack by ISIS cells on a regime military outpost on the outskirts of Abbas town in Al-Boamal city in the countryside of Deir Ezzor in the Syrian desert.

This comes as ISIS cells escalate their attacks in the Syrian desert.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that two Afghan members of Iran’s “Revolutionary Guards Corps” militia were assassinated a day earlier due to the explosion of a landmine planted in a house near the mall designated for “Iranian-backed militias,” in Al-Jama’iah neighbourhood, west of Palmyra.

The two members were transferred to Palmyra national hospital and buried in Al-Sina’a cemetery.

It is worth noting that Al-Jama’iah neighbourhood, west of Palmyra, is surrounded by checkpoints of IRGC militias, as many Iranian-backed Afgan families live there.
