Over 2,000 members deployed | 25th Division conduct military exercises with live ammunition in Manbij

Aleppo province: Consecutive explosions were heard in Manbij countryside south eastern of Aleppo, as a result of military exercises conducted by the 25th Division (Special Operations), which is led by Suhail Al-Hassan who is backed by Russia.

The forces used heavy weapons during the exercises, to raise the skill of the members and provide them military experiences, to raise the fighting readability and enforce military abilities.

This comes after the 25th Division sent military reinforcements, under Russian orders, to the vicinity of areas of Manbij Military Council in eastern Aleppo countryside.

The number of members deployed in the vicinity of Manbij Military Council and the vicinity of Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) has exceed 2,000 fully equipped members since the Turkish escalation on November 19.

On December 10, SOHR sources reported that the Russian-backed 25th Division sent new military reinforcement to Aleppo countryside, at Russian command’s orders in accordance with Russian promises to the Turks.

The recently-arrived batch, which comprised tanks and heavy weapons, was deployed in positions nearby areas controlled by Manbij Military Council Forces, precisely in the villages of Tel Aswad, Al-Tayeh, Jeb Makhzoum and Khafsah area, to the south and west of Manbij in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

On December 11, Brigadier General Suhayl Al-Hassan, the commander of the Special Task Forces of the 25th Division backed by Russia, has blessed his members after they deployed on Russian orders in the vicinity of areas held by Manbij Military Council.
Al-Hassan ordered his members, in a voice note that was circulated on social media, to counter any attack waged by Turkish forces, calling on its members to be careful and attentive.
