Ongoing escalation | Turkish forces and proxy factions shell positions in Ain Issa and Tel Tamr countryside

SOHR sources have reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions stationed in “Peace Spring” area with heavy artillery shelled positions in Al-Tawila villages and the Assyrian village of Tel Tawil in the western countryside of Tel Tamr in northern Al-Hasakah. No casualties have been reported.

 

Meanwhile, Turkish forces and their proxies fired several artillery shells nearby Mu’allaq village in Ain Issa countryside in northern Al-Raqqah, but no casualties have been reported.

 

This coincides with the escalating military operations by Turkish forces and their proxies in areas controlled by SDF and affiliated military formations in north and east Syria.

 

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxies stationed in “Euphrates Shield” area shelled positions in the SDF-controlled village of Jabal Al-Sayyad in Al-Arimah countryside in Manbij countryside in western Aleppo. Only material damage have been documented.
