Taking advantage of foggy weather | Unidentified persons fly regime flag at a school in SDF-held Dhiban town east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: Unidentified regime loyalists raised the regime flag over Al-Lutwa school in the SDF-controlled town of Dhiban in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor then fled to an unknown destination, taking advantage of the blurry weather.

The school is located in front of a checkpoint where regime forces are stationed on the bank opposite the Euphrates river.

It is worth noting that on November 8, unidentified persons raised the flag of the regime at Al-Ragheeb junction in Dhiban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
