After H-T-S attack | Regime forces shell towns and villages within “Putin-Erdogan” area
Frontlines in western Aleppo countryside and southern Idlib countryside within “Putin-Erdogan” area have witnessed extensive ground shelling between regime forces and factions of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” Operation Room, where regime forces fired heavy artillery shells on the vicinity of Al-Barda town in southern Idlib countryside and fired “Al-Fil” missiles on the vicinity of Al-Habata village in western Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties have been reported yet.
Al-Atarib city and Takad village in western Aleppo countryside were subjected to artillery shelling by the regime forces in the 46th Regiment, while the factions responded by firing missiles on regime positions on several frontlines in western Aleppo countryside.
The shelling took place after an attack by HTS on the frontline of Kawkaba village in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib countryside, causing the death of three regime soldiers.
Earlier today, members of “Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq” brigade of Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham carried out a new attack, targeting positions of regime forces on a hill in Kawkaba village in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib countryside.
Violent clashes took place between regime forces and HTS members, followed by mutual artillery shells and heavy machine guns, amid confirmed reports of deaths and injuries among the regime forces.
At least three regime soldiers were confirmed dead and four others injured as a preliminary toll, and at least four members of Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham suffered varying injuries.
