Old ordnance | Five members of Military Manbij Council kil-led by landmine explosion

Aleppo province: Five SDF members were killed and another member was severely injured due to a landmine explosion on January 4, where the landmine was planted by ISIS cells, on the road of Al-Said Ibrahim village in southern Manbij countryside eastern of Aleppo, coinciding with the passage of a military vehicle carrying SDF members.

Since early 2023, SOHR has documented nine operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.
According to SOHR statistics, these operations left four persons dead: One civilian, an unidentified man and six members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces, and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

The attacks and fatalities are distributed regionally as follows:

• Al-Raqqah: Five attacks left an SDF member dead.

• Deir Ezzor: Three attacks left one civilian and an unidentified man dead.

• Aleppo: One attack left five soldiers, including commanders, dead.
