Second attack in 48 hours | Turkish drone targets car in Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: A Turkish drone fired a missile on a car parked in Qarmatlo village on the road between Amoda and Al-Hasakah, causing only material damages.

This is considered the second attack in 48 hours, where one of the cars on the M4 international road between Al-Hasakah and Al-Qamishly cities was attacked by a Turkish drone resulting in injuries, where they were taken to the hospital in Al-Qamishly to receive proper medication.

Accordingly, the number of attacks carried out by Turkish drones on areas controlled by the “Autonomous Administration in northern and north-eastern Syria, AANES” since early 2023 has reached five. These attacks left one civilian (A woman), and three combatants dead, while over three others sustained various injuries. Here is the regional distribution of attacks by Turkish drones in 2022 and the deaths:
• Four attacks in Al-Hasakah left three combatants dead and others injured.
• One attack in Al-Raqqah.
