Deir Ezzor province: “International Coalition” helicopters were flying at low altitude over the river line separating between SDF-held areas and areas of regime forces and Iranian militias in cities and towns in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, at speeds exceeding the sound barrier, to monitor movements in the region.
