Following family disputes | Armed clashes erupt in “Peace Spring” area in Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah province: Armed clashes erupted between two displaced families living in Ras Al-Ain city within “Peace Spring” area north western of Al-Hasakah, due to disputes between them, where one of the families belong to factions of the “National Army”, amid extensive shooting among civilians and closure of all stores in the city, amid a state of tension among civilians in the city. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

This comes in light of the security chaos in areas held by Turkish forces and their proxies, in addition to widespread of weapons among civilians within “Peace Spring” area.

Yesterday, unidentified gunmen driving a car opened fire with machineguns on the headquarters of the Turkish-backed Military Police near the silos factory in Ras Al-Ain in “Peace Spring” area north western of Al-Hasakah.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the assailants clashes with members of the “Military Police” before fleeing. However, no casualties or extent of damage were reported.
