Aleppo | Turkish forces force Russian military patrol to withdraw

Aleppo province: Turkish forces and their proxies fired heavy artillery shells on Tokhar village within areas held by Manbij Military Council under the commandership of SDF in Manbij countryside eastern of Aleppo, coinciding with the presence of engineering machineries and Russian patrol in the village to raise earthen beams.

Moreover, Turkish forces fired heavy artillery shells on the machineries and the Russian patrol, and forced them to withdraw. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

On January 8, SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxies stationed in “Euphrates Shield” area shelled positions in the SDF-controlled village of Jabal Al-Sayyad in Al-Arimah countryside in Manbij countryside in western Aleppo. Only material damage have been documented.
