Further details of fatalities, documented by SOHR, can be summarised as follows:

 

• A civilian was found dead and dumped near the regime checkpoint on the junction of the road between Basnada and Karsana in Al-Da’tour neighbourhood in Latakia.

 

• Two children were killed by the explosion of an old landmine planted previously by ISIS in Al-Duwayr Al-Sharqi town which is controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias in Al-Bokamal countryside in eastern Deir Ezzor.

 

• A three-month-old baby called “Abdulkareem Al-Khedr,” who was from Palmyra, died in Al-Rukban camp, because of his poor health condition and lack of infant formula.

 

• A regime colonel died of the wounds he had sustained in artillery fire by Turkish forces on regime positions in Mayyasah village where Kurdish and regime forces are deployed in Afrin countryside.

 

• A regime soldier was killed in an armed attack by ISIS on regime positions in Al-Sukhnah desert in Homs countryside.
