Military escalation | Kurdish soldier kil-led in Turkish ground shelling on position

Aleppo province: A Kurdish member died affected by the wounds he sustained yesterday in shelling by Turkish forces and their proxies on positions of Kurdish and regime forces in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside in northern Aleppo.

Yesterday, the vicinity of the Turkish military base near “Bab Al-Salama” crossing in A’zaz countryside northern of Aleppo, was targeted by missiles fired from areas of Kurdish and regime forces in northern Aleppo countryside, where some shells hit Turkish territory. However, no casualties were reported.

As response, Turkish forces and their proxies shelled the vicinity of Abin village in Shirawa district, Maraanaz, Al-Malkiyah and Al-Shawargha in Shiran district in Afrin countryside north western of Aleppo. However, the extent of damage were not reported.
