Repatriation of foreigners | Autonomous Administration hands over 32 children and 15 women of ISIS families living in Roj camp north of Al-Hasakah to French delegation

SOHR activists have reported that 32 French children and 15 women of ISIS families left Roj camp, north of Al-Hasakah.

Yesterday, the Department of External Relations of the Autonomous Administration in Al-Qamishli city in Al-Hasakah countryside handed over 47 people to a French delegation of a crisis official of the French government and technical delegation, in accordance with an official document signed between the parties.

The visit took place yesterday in the building of the Department of External Relations in Al-Qamishli city.

The French delegation was received by the Co-Chairpersons, Fener Al-Kait and Rubel Bhu and the member of Department of External Relations, Khaled Ibrahim, according to SOHR sources.

During the meeting, the officials emphasized the mutual cooperation between Autonomous Administration and France and all countries to repatriate foreigners.

On January 10, SOHR activists reported that nearly 15 members of ISIS families left Rawj camp in northern Al-Hasakah, who are two Spanish women and 13 Spanish children, where they were handed over, by coordination between the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Foreign Relations in northern and eastern of Syria, to a consultant of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affarish “Juermo Anjira”, after signing official documents.

This is the first batch of the new year, and this comes in light of the coordination between the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Autonomous Administration in northern and eastern of Syria and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to return families of ISIS to their countries.
